- All Staff of the Judicial Service of Ghana
- All Staff of the Judiciary of Ghana or members of the Bench
- All staff of any other institution engaged in the administration of justice, ie:
- Ghana Police Service
- Ministry of Justice & the Attorney General's Department
- Office of the Special Prosecutor
- Legal Aid
- NCCE
- CHRAJ
- EOCO
- Council for Law Reporting
- Ghana School of Law, etc
